Windy Hill Village is part of the not-for-profit PHI/Presbyterian Homes network which provides retirement and senior care services to more than 3,000 residents in eighteen locations in the mid-Atlantic area of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and Delaware. Assisted Living
Comfortable, private suites combined with personal care, provide a residential environment that feels like home. Residents are assisted with bathing, dressing, medications, and other services, and enjoy snacks as well as three nutritious meals a day.
Respite Assisted LivingLong-Term & Short-Term Skilled Nursing Care
Short-term stays are offered based on availability to provide relief to family caregivers on vacation or needing time for personal activities.
24-hour care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff is available in our skilled nursing facility which is uniquely designed to enhance privacy.
Rehabilitative Therapy
Over 68% of our residents return home or to a lesser level of care. Physical, occupational, and speech therapy services are provided to restore a maximum level of functioning.
Hospice Services
Comfort, emotional and spiritual support services provided to persons with terminal illness and their families.
Skilled Nursing Respite Services
